This time around I was a little disappointed when I received an email telling me that I owed more money on my delivery. I quickly called it in to find out why?
The person that picked up the call of European accent was not very cordial, ( not customer service friendly), said that they made a Mistake.
I do understand mistakes do happen , but a call would have been appropriate in explaining to me what the error was & not getting an invoice by an email. No courtesy was given
