The salt is delivered when scheduled and when I forget, they are very good to reschedule. I especially like not having to carry those bags down the stairs or even having to empty them.

The Technician Terry is the best! He has been out to my house twice and he is very informative and knows exactly what he is doing! This time my problem was that dirt had gotten stuck in my tank and he said all we have to do is this and this and within 30 minutes my system was back up and running! Thanks again Terry!
The technicians are the best part of Culligan. The guys always call ahead, arrive on time, are very knowledgeable and friendly. Brian in particular is stand out!
