I have been dealing with John Conklin for a lot of years now. I have never had any issues dealing with John. I find John very knowledgeable about water problems and the products to resolve those problems. When I have issues with one of the Culligans product or my water,
John will explain fully how the products work and what the issue is with the water. Its because
John that I stay with Culligan and do not move on to another company.
I had Justin Bauer come out to change some RO unit filters. Justin had been out before and help install a Iron Remover and a Tankless RO system. I find him to be efficient and knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing as he was changing the filters.

You all are a good company! But, I do have one question about salt deliveries......when James used to deliver salt here, he always took a few minutes to do a quick check on my water softener unit. Maybe it doesn't matter, but I was used to seeing him (and others) do that little quick check and the last 3 or 4 deliveries the drivers have not done it. Thoughts?

Brenda our sales rep is awesome! Since we first met with her very informative and professional. We had a rocky start with the installation, however Brenda was on it. She always replies to my texts promptly when I text her with a concern. However this time I text her to give Josh our delivery driver Kudos. He’s very informative, professional and polite. Great customer service. He always texts me to let me know he’s coming by for an exchange and when I’m not home, he makes the adjustment to return the next day. In and out. These two are a great representation of your company.

Customer service is good and delivery services is great on all accounts. These guys are friendly, caring, and professional. The billing is a bit confusing but staff members do a well job trying to break it down for you, I appreciate that.

Water is great and so is customer service and the technical staff are always helpful and very professional

I like the convenience of delivery so I don’t have to carry it all. I like the water and keeping in touch is easy. The only comment I would say is when I leave two empty bottles I want two back.
Water taste great. Just wish they would keep in mind when I deliver days fall om a holiday. Or give us a regular schedule DAY for delivery
