As a 75 year old woman, I appreciate having the salt delivered for my softener. However, because my only income is $610 a month from social security and you just raised the delivery price, I will be forced to buy salt elsewhere.
Convenience of delivery and online payment
I was able to schedule with someone right away and the appointment for installation was also scheduled in a timely manner. The technician was friendly and professional. The only thing is there was an alarm sound coming from the filter on the same day as the installation. Can someone call me and let me know if this is a concern? Thank you.

It is very easy for an older woman to have soft water.
The service technicians have a good knowledge about the systems and are able to explain in simple terms how to enable the Culligan system owner to set the unit while they may be gone for an extended time period. That way the unit will not be using salt unnecessarily.
The most recent technician, Aaron, was very helpful in showing us how to set the unit without turning off the electricity to the unit and the having to reprogram the unit when we return to the home.
Customer service is awesome and so are delivery drivers! Great experience! Water quality is excellent!
