Having the Platinum level of service is wonderful. The water quality is great for the whole house. No additives needed for appliances or laundry. I have 2 drinking water filters: one for the ice maker and one for the kitchen sink dispenser. When I needed assistance, service technicians were prompt, professional and knowledgeable. I have had Culligan for 2 different houses and for over 20 years. Wouldn't be without it.

The large bottles are a little hard to put on the stand especially with those of us with back issues already. Any chance smaller bottles could be used in the future?

We recently had Culligan install a new water softener system in a rental property. They were very detailed in testing the water before and after installation to make sure it was working properly. They return every 3-4 months to deliver salt and chlorine as needed. They provide great service at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them!
