I've had inconsistent water softness from the delivered tanks and it's an issue that's somewhat on-going. So the slight inconsistency in the product is why a 10 was not given. On the flip side though, the service from a few of the team has been outstanding. Notably Josh, from the deliver/service team has been super helpful and went above and beyond to help me solve my issues. He was proactive in reaching out for updates and reporting back to his management and getting ahead of what I may need. I can tell a lot of extra time and effort was spent on his part to make sure my issues were addressed. I hope the water softness consistency issue can be addressed going forward but I have to say, Josh has been a huge factor in giving me hope it'll be fixed.
