Service sucks, l can't get water in a timely manner.
Staff is always courtesy and helpful. The gentlemen that delivered our salt a week or so ago was very helpful in answering my questions about the fact that I didn’t feel the salt has gone down. He checked the meter and found it’s not functioning properly and tested the hot and cold water and found both to be hard. We’re never had a delivery driver that wasn’t courtesy and respectful.

I have been getting Culligan's great tasting Water for around 7 years.
I haven't been disappointed with the delivery service. The men who work here are respectful and courteous. They work extremely hard to get customers the water.. From distilled, Spring , or regular drinking water Culligan is the Best.
I have the drinking water system which I use for drinking, cooking & watering plants. I also purchased the water softener within the last 5 years or so, If there has been a problem, I just call the office & make an appointment for service & it is fixed.

Quality products and knowledgeable sales and technical support lead to an informed and accurate treatment program.
Documentation of the items installed, maintenance routines, chemical ratios and other specifics dealing with ownership and upkeep of the system should be presented at the time of delivery. We are still operating from hearsay provided by various representatives; some conflicting. A documented system and proper training would be a huge benefit to buyers.
Installation should be polished; ours took two visits to satisfy the expectations of the salesman and the owner. the first install seemed rushed and could have been better planned and arranged for subsequent maintenance of all elements in future. Plumbing was sound but installed with little attention to detail; understandable due to shortage of labour and help. Only one installer when two should have been on site to divide duties and provide assistance to lift and remove previously installed equipment as well as the new products. As it was, a second visit was necessary to complete the installation due to a lack of manpower. Again understandable due to workload and technician shortages at that time.
Overall, we have confidence in the product, system design and value, plus, the technical backup and advice, when we require it, seems friendly and available. We're happy with our investment in a Culligan treatment system and would recommend Culligan products and services to others.
