The Corepower 1 yoga class was very enjoyable. The atmosphere was great for a beginner. It was not crowded and the moves were challenging enough but not discouraging.

Towels and lockers should NOT be an additional charge. Most if not all I attend provide as expense of doing business and is not charged back to the client.

I love the way I feel after leaving C1! The teachers are patient and I like how they throw in little challenges for us beginners. It's a great place to really strengthen your core and to really build endurance.

I like that parking is easy and you dont have to pay. The studio is clean and I feel like I get a good workout. I also like that there is a nice locker room to change in.

I like how positive and encouraging the teachers are. I do wish the classes would start 10 minutes after the Dance 101 classes so that I could do more yoga after my dance classes.

The studio is kept very clean and quiet. The instructors are welcoming, knowledgeable and easy to approach with questions and feedback. I've yet to feel bad if I can't hit or maintain a pose, as they really emphasize practice over perfection. Kayndise said it best, "I am not here to ask you to be like anyone else, I am here to guide you in finding yourself in your practice."
