It was fast and efficient. Your employees were professional yet kind and answered our questions in like manner. We are very pleased with the results.
The two people who cleaned our carpets were very professional and polite. There was no wasted time at all. They arrived explained the cleaning process, asked if we wanted certain furniture items moved, then went right to work. We were very pleased with the quality of their work.
They did an excellent job and were very friendly and thorough making sure to remove all the stains on our carpet.

These guys are great! They came on short notice (My in-laws-were coming for a visit) and they did a wonderful job! Our carpets look brand new. We will be recommending them to all of our neighbors.

Once my carpet dried it was streaked and still had stains on it. Also i must have misunderstood because i thought moving the couch and chair in the living room were included but they were not cleaned under. And i didn't feel like there was a lot of scotch guard applied after the cost of it was seperate. For the cost and tip it was 200 and i did not feel like it was as good as it should have been. I do have to admit my carpet was very dirty though.

Prompt on their scheduled arrival time. Work efficiently and quickly, polite, attentive, and offered advice on another small rug problem I had.
Will have them back this Spring to clean all our rugs!

Earlier notification if Service Master has a conflict and will be unable to keep scheduled time to clean. I was notified 15 minutes before the appointment time, that they would have to reschedule. By that time, we had moved alot of furniture in preparation for cleaning.
Dependable, did a great job on old carpet. Just recommended you to two separate homeowners!!

In 2 obvious areas (1 x 3 and 3 x 2) they left streaks. You can come back out and clean the two small 2 small areas
