The classes are the perfect balance of helpful explanation and challenging flow. They never feel slow or too easy, but the teachers still break them down perfectly. I never thought I would enjoy hot yoga, but I love Core Power.

I love this studio! Everybody is super nice and the clases are great. This is a good place whether you are a beginner or have some experience with yoga already.

The studio is beutyful and really well equipped from yoga gear to bathroom necessities.

The instructurs are great! Theyare always looking for ways to help you and even give you alternative poses for beginners. The environment is very inviting and relaxing

I was new to yoga and found the staff very welcoming. The smaller none big gym setting sets the yogi vibe right. The classes and instructions were easy to follow.

Nice front desk staff, competent instructors. Equipment is satisfactory and plentiful, location is great for me (I work at 11350 Random Hills Road). Saturday Core1 class should be held in larger studio. The entire facility is clean and tastefully decorated. I am glad a studio opened up in Fairfax.
