EXCELLENT Customer Service....one thing that separates a "good company" from a GREAT company...is customer service. Service Master hands down has shown hands down the best customer service I have seen in a long time. For this reason alone I would happily recommend Service Master to those I do and don't know. When the owner showed up at my house along with his employee, both shook my hand and introduced themselves, asked questions with regard to the spots in my carpet and explained why they were asking these questions. They were so informative, friendly, respectful, I felt completely comfortable and felt as if I understood the entire process of carpet cleaning. Not only was I completely informed of the process but it is also guaranteed...(are you kidding me) a company that actually stands behind what they do! What a breath of fresh air! So in three days after the cleaning if the stains aren't completely gone they will come back and clean the spots again at no charge....AMAZING!!!! Service Master I wished I had called you a long time ago. Well for now.....please accept me as a life long customer. They were here checking on things and making progress every day.
