I've had Daryl do at least 4 inspections for me. Only once did I make the HUGE mistake to go another way, and it only confirmed to me why Daryl is honestly the best in the Cariboo. Do yourself a favor and book Daryl Silverton to do your inspection. He does go the extra mile, and the job he does is bar none to the rest. Don't make the biggest purchase of your life without this service. It is worth every penny!

He is very thorough. He really gets in to the places other inspectors don't. I've had him do 3 houses for me and one by another inspector which didn't even compare, and he is very friendly and informative.

I really liked that Daryl was so thorough with his report! He was very knowledgeable and gave me good suggestions/ advice on when to replace or repair things. Lots of pictures throughout the home and exterior so I could see things I wouldn't of seen for myself. For example on the roof where I did not look when viewing the home. Also he was friendly and I didn't feel uncomfortable as I'm a single lady not from the area coming alone to do my inspection of my new home . Thank you so much for your help 😁👍cheers

We needed an inspection in a hurry and Daryl accommodated us by working during a long weekend. He is very thorough and explains everything both verbally and with a written report, photos and even diagrams to make his findings easy to understand. He had our interest in mind and was worth every penny we spent.

I also work in the construction field & I found Daryl to be very knowledgeable. He pointed out issues I did not consider.

Very thorough , doing a great job , as he didn't rush through the inspections both times . Very patient answering all our questions and concerns . Daryl was honest and helpful from our very first conversation through to the day of inspection, where he provided information up front and also answered each question I had carefully and thoroughly. The report detailed everything we had discussed, had pictures, recommended fixes, and everything I needed in order to move forward with next steps in the purchase of the home.
My realtor has had experience with many home inspectors and she also commented how thorough and helpful Daryl was.
