The planning and schedule for the inspection worked out great, thankyou. It was a 2.5 drive to meet at Horse Lake so doing it on a week night would have knocked me flat for the next day at work, that flexibility was a huge bonus.

Daryl was great, he was quite thorough and went over all the necessary aspects a buyer needs to be aware of before making a purchase of a home. He was friendly, courteous and easily understandable as we did our walk through. Daryl made me aware of a number of items I was not aware of to make my decision whether or not to purchase the home quite clear. I will choose to use him again when I found the right home.
