Estimate given on phone was $100 to $150. I expected the higher price, but was charged the lower. Sofa was well cleaned. No mess, timely, courteous service. Very pleased as I am fond of the sofa.

The one disappointment was a very small area that apparently could not be corrected by the stretching process. Perhaps it is not possible to correct that one place. Over all, we are very pleased. However, I prefer not to have you share my name. I wll be happy to refer you to friends and also to our neighborhood homeowners association.
For an older person it is too much lugging a heavy piece of equipment to clean rugs. I have a Hoover cleaner, but it is way too much for me to try to do steps.
