I just can't say enough about this program! My kids absolutely love learning math at Mathnasium as they manage to make the lessons fun while also tailoring to what each child needs. I have two high-schoolers and one elementary child and they all feel the same way. My daughter, who is in grade 9, just texted me that she is so happy she's in Mathnasium because most of her classmates are struggling with the grade 9 curriculum, which is much more challenging than elementary. She has already covered all the grade 9 material at Mathnasium and feels totally confident during the lessons. We started at Mathnasium for enrichment since my kids were all good at math but we soon realized that the elementary school curriculum is really lacking - especially when the kids move into highschool. I am really glad we made the decision to give Mathnasium a try. It is so much more effective than the other programs we tried because they really pay attention to what each kid needs rather than operating under a one-size-fits-all approach. I encourage parents to give the program a try, whether your kid is struggling or not. You will definitely see the culmination of the benefits in those highschool marks!
This math centre has continued to be 10/10 regardless of the lockdown. They have been able to pivot effortlessly and have ensured that my kids are still getting a wonderful math experience.

Mathnasium has really helped with our son’s confidence level with Math. We never have to deal with him complaining about having his math sessions. He has told us that since attending, he feels more at ease in school during Math. This is a huge relief.

My child started recently but so far I like the comprehensive approach and specific real time feedback as my son is working. I also like the concept of moving on only when the previous concepts are mastered.

Our girls had been going to Mathnasium for the past 4years and I had nothing but wonderful things to say about the curriculum itself as well as the owner and teachers in Lakeview Mathnasium. I truly believe math requires lots of practise to gain deeper understanding and then have the mental flexibility to solve harder questions. Going to Mathnasium isn’t about having our kids to get good grades in school but rather it’s an investment for our kids to build the foundation of number sense and confidence in life, regardless what they choose to take on as career. Education is the best gift parents can give to their kids.
Mathnasium team at Lakeview is able to captivate the curiosity of my daughter who now loves math. Could not ask for more.

Mathnasium has become a part of our family’s fabric over the last 5 years. So much so, that our son has actually started working there, helping children just as he was helped. This is not a “show up a few times and you’ll be fixed” program. Rather, it is a systematic program that, over time, will take your child from one level of math and deliver them to a whole other level (regardless of where they were when they started). If your child is struggling, they will help untangle the confusion. If your child is already a good math student, they will challenge him or her and help them advance beyond your expectations. These places are only as good as the local owners who run them. Mathnasium Lakeview and Clarkson are run by the finest team that the entire system has to offer. Without question.
This is the most amazing learning centre my three children have ever attended (ages 14. 12. 9.5). Even during a pandemic, they have pivoted their business and maintained a high level of performance.
My kids and I are so happy with this centre and they love every session whether it be online or in class.
The teachers at Mathnasium Lakeview are knowledgeable, friendly and effective and the switch to "at home learning" allowed for continuity with the learning plan. Since starting his lessons here, my son's knowledge and general attitude toward math has improved greatly along with his self confidence in approaching math problems.
