Jay is doing very well in his math at school. He choose to participate in the Math Olympiad this year. But the curriculum is middle school level. A bit over his head. Nevertheless, I believe his confidence to want to participate in these competitions stems from your coaching. Always thankful. Daniel has been fantastic with my son. My 9-year-old's attention span isn't what I'd call "sustained" in most situations, but he's learned a lot since starting at Mathnasium. It's really helpful that he can also get his math homework done there. We're very pleased so far with the tutoring he's getting!

My granddaughter was staying with me this summer, and when I found out she was way behind in her math skills, I enrolled her in mathnasium. The key for her was learning the theories behind the math functions. It was learning why, not just what one does to solve a problem. After just the first day, she went from hating math to wanting to be a mathematician. Go figure! I want to thank the wonderful tutors she had. They were not only knowledgeable, but kind, as well.

While the families are interested, I think the impediments they are facing is regard to having multiple children, different after school schedules etc.
However, our personal experience is that Jay has grown in leaps and bounds ever since he joined Mathnasium. We intend to continue with the rest of his schooling.
