Having four children all with different learning styles and abilities I am amazed that all have such great success with Mathnasium. We love Mathnasium! Our son always leaves feeling more confident, happy and like he has accomplished something! I hesitate to give it a 10 recommendation because it is a little pricey. I always feel like I have to add that when recommending it because of the sticker shock.
We have had a great experience with Mathnasium this year, but to see the benefits it does require that your child is engaged and interested in going. They need to want to learn. Last year, we knew there was a need but our daughter, who also knew there was a need, Was not fully engaged with the program and therefore the benefits seemed limited.
I love the confidence that Mathnasium has help my children achieve. That is most important - that they feel like they can do any math problem or that they are interested in trying any problem with no fear of failure.

Mathnasium has helped daughters tremendously. The instructors are knowledgeable and patient. They teach the students how to apply what has been taught in class. As a result, the student has the ability to succeed when they move on to college. My daughter achieved a perfect score on her AP exam. I would strongly recommend Mathnasium for all students.
We have participated in Mathnasium offerings for the last several years. The programs are really well organized and the one-to-one sessions really help convey concepts, especially the more complicated ones that s student may not get on the first go. We would highly recommend them!

Math is made fun and without tears. Consideration is taken on childs learning style to find best way to approach learning. My children didn't go for tutoring but to excel at math and both children are advanced in math as a result of mathnasium.

I feel the tutors are very engaged with the students. The parents are fully informed of all lessons as they are ongoing. With the tutor the childs school and parent collectively involved I feel there could not be a more beneficial tool in place for a child to Excel in math. Both kids love going to Mathnasium no matter what time of year it is. Most important skill they've learned is how to "think mathematically". It's especially noticeable in Summer when their sessions aren't tied to school curriculum. Highly recommended.
The help and guidance that you are giving my daughter with her math is making her feel so much more confident and she is actually starting to believe in herself that she can do it. It is a wonderfully positive learning environment and the tutors are so friendly.
My three children attend Mathnasium and they all enjoy the staff and style of learning. Tyler and Casey do an amazing job of accomdating families' busy schedules.
