Mathnasium = math people. The teachers here not only understand math, they understand how to explain math to kids. I have found the tutors here to be smart, kind and relatable. Stefanie is organized and welcoming. And both of my children who are advanced math students request to come here. They learn and understand the subject best with the help of Mathnasium. Our 9th grader is just starting his second month at Mathnasium. We are happy with the quality of tutoring, and more importantly, our son has shown strong interest in the program.
Joe was a great resource and tutor for our 16-year old daughter who was recovering from a serious traumatic brain injury and needed help over the summer. With Joe's help she was able to catch up on pre-calculus (after missing 3 months of school) and re-join her classmates in calculus when school started in the fall. Our boy was struggling in 9th-grade Geometry. Within a month of starting 3x/week Mathnasium sessions he aced his second chapter quiz in that class and brought his grades up. He still enjoys those sessions. It's all about the folks working there. Well worth it.

My 14-year-old son was only able to go to Mathnasium for the month of August this summer. I expected him to argue about going, but on the contrary, he is already planning to go again next summer. (His decision.) He says that he WANTS to go for all three months of summer though, not just for one month. The fact that Mathnasium fostered self-motivation is HUGE, because we were never able to do this at home. Thank you!
Great tutors and a customized program to meet my child's needs
My son loves working with Joe on his pre-calculus homework. Joe helps it make sense to my son. He always does great on tests after working with Joe.
