My daughter is growing in confidence, when she leaves after tutoring, she often is excited, that she finally understands a math problem, that she struggled with during the school year. She likes the tutors, they are all very nice and patient with her.
My 10 year old daughter's math grades are improving. Where she was getting C's and D's she is now getting A's and B's. I have noticed that she works through math problems in her daily life openly; figuring out the dinner bill, solving measuring problems in her head when cooking. For example, she recently made macaroons and couldn't find the 3\4 measuring cup, however, she exclaimed "I know, I'll use the 1\3 cup 3 times!". I was so proud that thinking about math came so easy to her. Long after my daughter stops attending Mathnasium, we will continue to donate and support this great institution. The benefits are too great and she enjoys socializing with the older kids who are on the staff as well.

My daughter spent only a short time with them this summer but really enjoyed her time there. It was a good mix of independent work with guidance. She also enjoyed her teachers, felt welcomed by all, and did not hesitate to ask questions. (She is a fairly shy child.)

My daughter is now ahead of her class!They both enjoy going to Mathnasium. The instructors teach them methods to solve the problems and they are able to retain them.
Good first impression. Staff is friendly. I liked that there is pretty much one tutor per student which leads me to believe that my child is getting the help and attention needed. They are pretty lenient on payments, they will work with you. That place also safe. There are tubes when I can't make it on time to pick up my child and I know she will be fine in the waiting area.
