It’s been a great opportunity to for my kids to work through challenging math problems on a consistent basis.
Mathnasium has given my daughter so much confidence. Not only does she no longer struggle in math, but it has helped her confidence in all her school subjects. Adrian is so wonderful to work with at the center.
My daughter absolutely loves Mathnasium! She was always okay with Math but the sessions have helped her tremendously to do really well in school but also instill in her a love for Math.
Our son loves math and asks to go everyday!
My son was struggling in seventh grade math. We enrolled him in tutoring and he’s been doing great ever since. He enjoys tutoring and always wants to go each week. He has the top grade and his math class now. We are very happy with our experience at Mathnaseum. Kim Flynn
My daughter loves it and she's doing great! That's all I need to know. She's progressing through the materials and enjoys logging on to do the work. She considers it a fun challenge and I'd say it doubles her math instruction from what CPS can offer, and I'm a fan of CPS!
Thank you!
My daughter's confidence has boosted from 0 to 10. Even in the midst of a pandemic, Mathnasium surely hasn't missed a beat. It's amazing how safe and secure I feel with my daughter attending. I feel as though she is far ahead of her peers who have missed out on what feels like an entire academic year. Thanks Mathnasium.
Our girls continue to learn and be challenge in a personalized way.
We also love the flexibility of in home or online options.
I really feel that your service improves kids skill levels no matter their starting point! I also feel that the online offering has been invaluable in these unprecedented times. I’ve referred friends and family all over the country that have found that their kids have improved quickly and just keep moving forward! Your methodology of allowing kids to learn at their own speed really works. Thank you!
This is a great location and the staff is very nice.
My child loves going to mathnasium and is learning while having fun. She is super motivated and eager to go twice a week especially on winning a prize. Adrian has been informing me of her progress and has been great with communicating.
Great teachers and my children are improving in math.
My child is enjoying mathnasium. It’s a great supplement to her math skills while her school is learning remotely.
Our son quickly got back on track in math class with the support and help of his Mathnasium tutor
This is a great way to keep my son on track with math, especially this year. The bonus is that he absolutely loves it!
The personalized instruction is amazing. But... the boost in my daughter’s math capabilities and confidence is even more impressive.
Adrian Alexander is excellent. Very considerate and makes the process either and convenient!
We love math even more because of the approach and the staff at the center! Math is fun and it’s great to be confident about math!
My daughter goes to a progressive education private school in which they teach Singapore math. While I love that it emphasizes multiple ways of solving problems and learning math concepts deeply, it started to really be confusing for her. She went from loving math in early grade school to lots of tears in 4/5th grade. That’s when we signed up for Mathnasium. Using a very clear, straightforward method and providing a few tips and tricks, my daughter quickly went from struggling to “that was easy.” She is more confident, certainly more capable, and less likely to get overwhelmed and frustrated. We are very happy with how easy it has been to work with Mathnasium, even during a pandemic. I’d recommend to anyone who has a kid struggling with math.

Adrian and the center has been wonderful! My daughter has only been going for a month, but she has already gained so much more confidence in her math skills!
We have many years of positive experience across two children with Mathnasium on Fullerton. The staff has always been equally proficient with math and children (and adolescents). As the Covid-19 crisis emerged, they immediately had online options in place and rapidly developed robust in-person options and we have made full use of both. They provide indispensable support during these difficult educational times.
My son has learned a lot these few weeks he has been there.
My child love the in-center experience at the Lincoln Park location.
Very good experience and I appreciated Adrian Alexander helping us with the best options and all his help. Especially during the covid-19 process its challenging.
My 11 daughter who was once good at math lost her confidence and was very frustrated with math at school. Math homework was a battle that often ended in tears. Her school teaches several different methods to approach problems. This was very confusing to her. She came around to the idea of doing Mathnasium and loves it! Even while on vacation with friends, she is readily willing to jump online and do her class. She often comments that it is fun and she enjoys it. She loves how they teach one fail proof approach to doing the problems. In just a couple of classes she had already learned a few 'tips and tricks' that she was so excited to learn. She has eagerly demonstrated doing some problems for me. It is clear that she is able to think in a more structured way and solve the problems. We couldn't be happier!
My son have gained tremendous confidence in mathematics, and he is not so scared to challenge himself in math ever since he started classes at mathnasium in Lincoln Park.
My kids now think of math in a different way. They know how important basics are. It is also nice to see that they use the techniques taught to them. Overall this is a very good program to teach advancement through fundamentals. I only wish I had started my kids when they were younger.
I feel like my kids are benefiting from the program.
Loved the experience my grandson had with the program. We will be back after the stay at home order is lifted and the center reopens.
My 12 year daughter willingly joins her Mathnasium sessions - which is saying a lot! She is also doing much better in math at school and seems much less frusterated. She has someone - other than me - who can help explain things and coach her in approaching the problems thoughfully and methodically.
