My daughter has continued to have an excellent learning experience with Mathnasium since her first joining last year. Working math in Mathnasium has become one of her most enjoyable learning experience every week. As parent, I really like the student-centered approach taken by Mathnasium with tailored-made exercises provided to every student. In this way, the student can make good progress through improvement on the math skills that they are weak in and keep thriving on the area that they are strong at. Mathnasium also has an effective motivation system of positive reinforcement that students can accumulate stars after completing their exercises. Students can earn and choose their rewards for their hard work. The good learning atmosphere also facilitates students to focus on practicing their math skills. Another positive aspect is that each student can raise hand to seek help whenever necessary.
The Lubbock Center Director, Mr. Vernon Hise, is very kind and caring. He has great passion for teaching the children and even remembers their birthdays. My daughter told me that she enjoyed so much learning from him. The instructors in the center are also very friendly, cheerful, and can provide helpful supports to the student's learning. There will be additional math game hours this summer and we look forward to participating in it. Again, I am so thankful for having the opportunity to have my daughter to continue to learn at Mathnasium!

Mathmasium ignited our daughter with regard to her spirit and self esteem . Although we have not had the time slot in her academic day to be at mathnasium as much as we'd like, our family knows that getting her in more regularly would be a huge contribution to her math skills. Having started her with this group in the fall of 2015 allowed her to excel and more importantly, perservere . We will be back. The folks are extremely good at what they do and very , very sweet, encouraging and thoughtful.

As we started a summer program at Mathnasium this last summer, my daughter realized how much more knowledge in math she had! She just didn't have any confidence in the knowledge she had! He confidence shot thru the roof and now she is doing great in math! Thank you so very much!!! If she ever encounters anymore issues in the future, we won't hesitate to take her back! When I told her she would be doing this summer program, she wasn't happy at all! Math during her summer break was not her idea of fun!!! Once she started, she LOVED IT!! She was excited to go!!! My sister in law even commented how she couldn't stop talking about her great experience at Mathnasium!! The staff in Lubbock were excellent!!!

We were very pleased with the progress our child made. When he first started mathnasium, he was failing math. With the help of the tutors, he went from failing to making A's within a matter of months. His confidence in math grew.
