Mathnasium is by far the most impressive academic after-school program we have ever experienced. The teachers are devoted to teaching and inspiring kids to enjoy math, and the little enticements along the way (i.e., treats and toys) are tactfully employed to make kids associate math with fun. From day 1, our 6-year old daughter was hooked. She loves her mathnasium days!

The Owner/Operator, Jonathan, is the difference maker. He is patient and listens well. His clear communication style is very effective, both with children and parents. He explains things clearly, understands where others are coming from, and partners with parents on the child's learning path. In addition, my children enjoy the tutors and the location - they feel comfortable and productive there. You can tell its a successful operation because the place is seemingly always full of students who are working quietly with their tutors. The place is industrious and productive. I highly recommend the Livermore location to anyone in the area.
Coaching style is good and staff is good, flexible schedule, Feedback is well receptive and accommodative to my ask towards tailoring the Lessons for my kid. Overall happy and Good experience.

My son hates math and is extremely behind academically but he loves Mathnasium and has improved greatly in the last 3 months. While it is expensive they work hard to get them caught up as fast as possible. My son loves the points system and getting rewards so that if very motivating for him. He also really likes all the instructors he has met.

My son has been going to Mathnasium since middle school, he is a Sr now. We got a break in 10th grade during COVID and it was a big mistake. Mathnasium helps him tremendously and it is a booster in his confidence.

I have seen a great improvement in my daughter math skills. It is also great that Mathnasium allows time to do school math homework that the student needs help on.
All 3 of my daughters have been going to Mathnasium for a couple of years. They love it there. Their reward system is amazing and functions also as a learning tool that my girls enjoy. All the staff are friendly and competent. The owner, Jonathan, is very responsive to our concerns and questions and very prompt to respond to emails. This is a very well run program. Mathnasium has helped my girls excel at math at their respective schools. They also go to Mathnasium because they enjoy it.

Our daughter looks foeward go going to math. She has grown tremendously in skills and confidence. She really enjoys getting to know the various teachers and personalities.
All the instructors are great and encouraging. Mr. Jonathan is very helpful and understanding. My kids love to go to class it's helping them a lot. Good worksheets and practice. I would definitely recommend mathnasium.
