The following comments were submitted by our customers when asked to provide feedback on our service. We contacted our client and provided them with the credit to their credit card and had the leg on their sofa bed fixed. We aim to please all our clients but when we are off target we will do what ever it takes to address their concerns.
We are in the process on re-doing the steps for this client as well as taking a look at the concerns they have with the spots
We returned to the client’s home and noticed what is called a gray area. This happens when the carpet is matted and worn. No matter how much you clean the carpet the appearance will not change as the area is considered damaged
I contacted the client and addressed their concern. The feed back that they have provided will assist us in being able to improve the quality of service that we want our clients to become accustom too.

I contacted Frank and explained to him that even though he paid a bit more then was discussed he saved over $150.00 He was not aware of the additional pre-treats that were used in order to clean the carpets in a single visit instead of the required 2.
He has actually asked that we schedule his next cleaning and referred his next door neighbor whose restaurant we have already cleaned.
