Fantastic customer service! The shuttle service that takes you anywhere you need to go is great. Every shop should have one. Their hours are perfect. Most shops are open normal 8-5 hours. These guys open early and stay open a bit later than most. Makes it really easy for normal working class folks to get there.

You were able to schedule me immediately to bring my van in for service. You quoted me a repair price that was more than I was hoping it would be but I felt it was reasonable. You finished the repairs in 1 day's time so I wasn't without my van for an extended period of time which I'm very grateful. The final cost was less than what I was quoted so I'm very happy about that. All the employees I spoke with on the phone and in person were very friendly, helpful, courteous, knowledgeable, patient (took time to explain possible problems that might be detected when my van went through the diagnostic check), didn't laugh in my face when I couldn't remember the make or model of my van. It was overall a good/great experience for an older woman whose husband took care of these things when he was alive so I wouldn't have to. I am happy that Masterlube on Grand recommended you to me. I have already recommended you to my daughter who also has a "check engine" light on (she has to wait for a paycheck before she schedules with you though).
