As a woman Who knows very little about auto repair, I felt like I could trust you. I was given detailed information about what was wrong with my car, what needed to be done to fix it, and what each item would cost.
I also appreciated your courteous service and that you gave me a ride home after I dropped my car off and picked me up when it was ready.

Service was very good, and the folks I talked with were very nice. I would have liked to have been given a summation of what happened during my servicing (had a wheel alignment and asked to have a cursory look over if fluids were topped off, timing belt check, etc.) however I wasn't told anything after paying. Other than that, I was pleased with my visit.

I brought my car in with a problem I have had for YEARS. I had it in to a few different mechanics and they were the FIRST to take time to research the problem a little farther. It was such a huge problem that I decided to trade it in that week and get a new car. I was so impressed because they Name removed only researched the problem, they called Honda to see if my car VIN was covered by the extended warranty covered in the class action lawsuit that was going on for this year and model. I was more than impressed.

They were very upfront and explained my situation they did Name removed try and sell me something I did need at that time. They also carried me home while my car was serviced and picked me up after it was finished. I would highly recommend them to my family and friends.
