Thank you so much for your feedback. I apologize that Ted did not get the homeowner to unlock the gate so he could inspect it. I wish you had called me about this because I can certainly understand your frustration and would do what I can help you out. I doubt you want to take this to small claims court, it could be more frustration and hassle. What I will do is refund you the cost to repair the gate. We are human and we make mistakes. What's important is that I - the business owner - do what is necessary to correct it. If you would please call my office about how you would like to be reimbursed we will take care of you!
