Your technician was on time, polite, professional and got the job done quickly and efficiently. He treated the job of cleaning my carpet like he would have cleaned his own carpet. The carpet looks brand new and all the spots are gone!
The staff is incredibly polite to the customer and conscientious about their work. They did a spectacular job taking care and cleaning my entire home after a dishwasher fire several years ago and I've had ServiceMaster clean my carpets the last couple of years and they have always done an excellent job.
