The crew headed by Tina Villafano sent to the job was the most hardworking group of people I have ever encountered in my 42 years of being a landlord/propery owner. Believe me, I've seen it all and it would be in your best interest to retain and reward this crew. Except for scheduled breaks and lunch, they never stopped working from the moment they arrived to the moment they left and it was a huge job. The result of their efforts was a 13 on a scale of 1-10. My brother has used a Rhode Island based Service Master in the past at his rental property and recommended the company. I was fortunate in the fact that the Norwich branch was closed, otherwise I never would have had the good fortune to have the New London crew do the job. I will always recommend your services and will use you ONLY in the future.

Years ago I used Service Pro for a different problem, different building thought they did a decent job. However, when I looked up like services this time I happened to call Service Master first. Donna was the person I dealt with. She was very friendly, very helpful and very patient. Because of her pleasant manner, I decided to make no other calls of inquiry and decided immediately on Service Master. She is a great representative for your company. Pleasant courteous customer service is hard to find, at times, these days!!

I liked that Juan who came to clean the carpets was on time he was very polite he was quick but very thorough. I am very happy with the job that was done and would use service master again because its great employees like Juan that make a company.
