Her classes are inspiring, informative and her focus on correct form never disappoints.
In a nutshell she's amazing.
Instructors are all excellent. RTR is great!
As a male with decent upper body strength, it would help if instructors guided me to increase resistance at the start when doing arm, back, shoulder work. Adjusting mid-exercise is not always doable depending on the positioning or it’s not clear if more or less springs make sense. Maybe they could make suggestions for those wanting a bigger challenge.
In McLean, Tiffany, Joanne, Gina and Regina are great at that. I get a much better workout.
There are classes for multiple experience and fitness levels and the instructors are all well trained to provide gentle corrections and accommodations for specific limitations as needed. The classes provide a variety of exercises and are never dull or boring. I always feel welcome and better when I leave. Plus, I feel stronger, more toned and supported in my other life activities thanks to RTR!
