I'm very cautious as to what people I let enter my home, ATT, DISH TV , etc. I have denied entrance to people i did not find trust worthy.

Service guy was very nice and told me what he was doing and what is plan was. Calculate the space and cost before doing the work.
As he was finishing up he asked me to walk though and see if there was any areas he needed to go over again. The carpet was wet so you could not see the spots but as the carpet dried one spot showed up.
Most of the spots came out of the carpet and the heavy traffic area was lightened. He was upfront with me on the heavy traffic area not completely being better because of the wear on the carpet.
I only wished there was a better way to treat the stains but overall I am satisfied and Raul is a hard worker and awesome ServiceMaster employee...Smiles...

The gentleman who did the cleaning was fast, effient and very courteous. The only thing that I was a little disappointed with was that the cost was a little higher than the carpet cleaning service I have used the past couple of years. Other than that everything was great.
What is not to like? Very professional, very friendly, price was right and the carpets looked like new again. Also the fact that there was not a trip fee even though we are more than 30 miles from Service Master's place of business was a big selling point to me and other family members.

The staff is extremely helpful when scheduling my service. I appreciate being able to request a particuliar tech. and every attempt is made to accomodate my request.
