The environment was incredibly welcoming and positive. The only reason I am not rating it a 10 is that I feel for anyone who might be new to a workout routine this style of workout could be very overwhelming.

The Coaches are amazing. They are supportive, knowledgeable, encouraging and all in all really wonderful humans. The work outs are challenging and applicable to real life movement. In the time I have been going I feel stronger, healthier, and more powerful. The experience allows you to challenge yourself each workout, and improve over time. I love it.
You explain everything well and before the start of the workout and comeback around during the workouts to ensure its being done right. As a new person I want to get the most out of the work outs and that each motion is done right.
