Love the concept. I’ve done very thing from CrossFit , boot camp, personal trainer, yoga and Pilates and this is the most balance work out I’ve ever done.
The coaches are professional and knowledgeable about the movements and care about my well being in and out of the gym!

The workouts are challenging but go so fast - never boring! I always feel I've done some work (not always the case with other workouts) and the playlist is great for pumping you up. Instructors have been great as well!
Ryan was great. Demonstrated the movements, clearly defined the progressive resistance training. During the workout he made sure to check in with everyone in the room to be sure they were trying proper form and challenging themselves without risking injury. I also enjoyed the movements were limited in # but equally challenging.

Love energy of the classes and the scalability. It’s great to have both early morning and evening options. And the people have all been so nice. The only two things I’d recommend for improvement are either early morning or later on Sundays and slightly less aggressive music (it was a lot of f-bombs and n-words for 6:30 am…). I’m excited to join!

Love the workouts hate the music. I get there needs to be a beat and grit but the amount violence against women, profanity, etc is not really needed is it?

What I love about MAD is that I'm in and out in less than an hour! The workouts are challenging, but never leave me too uncomfortably sore after that I don't make it in again later in the week. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and the facility/equipment is clean!
The best experience and gym I’ve been to! I always feel empowered before during and after I go to a session. Also the coaches are the best people I’ve meet, they teach you and make you feel like you can do anything. I also feel comfortable as well and safe to.

That we don't just tackle anaerobic. The older I get, the more I need to focus on mobility and durability as well and MAD does this better than anywhere else.
The instructor was extremely friendly, helpful and made me feel like I was truly welcome there. On top of that was so help in monitoring form and assisting during the workout to ensure you're getting the most out of your workout safely.
