Absolutely love MAD! The workouts are great and incredible trainers. My only feedback is the cost is pretty high at $178 but it's high quality. Cost will be the only reason I would leave. Otherwise everything is so wonderful!
The individualized coaching, cueing, correcting, that you get, each and every workout.
Plus the full body strength and stability work out you get without the excessive repetition that often leads to injury. It’s controlled in the programming, precise in the execution, and I don’t have to do a darn thing to plan my workout, except show up and follow the coaches instructions!
The coaches and upbeat attitudes and music. It’s such a fun atmosphere! The workouts are always changing and challenging but you are never made to feel that you can’t modify or pressured to preform at a certain level. So glad MAD is back in c ville!
