One thing that would be fun would be to change the music up with themes--80s, 90s, 70s, reggae, country, etc.
I like everything. It feels like the MAD workouts eliminate the possibility of holes in my strength/fitness routine. I love getting stronger and seeing progress in exercises that humble me. The trainers are exceptional. The environment is one of support and bad-assery. There are no slackers in the gym.

Madabolic provides a structured training circuit designed to help you burn fat and build muscle while also pushing you to your limits. The coaches help you during the workout, rather than trying over exhaust you. The community of people who attend and coach at MAD are extremely friendly. Everyone at MAD is only trying to better themselves.
The class I took MADabolic was one of the best group workout experiences I’ve had. I enjoyed the guidance of the instructor, Rae, and appreciated that there were several weight options. Having the option of using lighter weights took away some of the self given pressures of taking a new class. The class was challenging, but not in a way that was discouraging. I plan to go back because I know taking classes like this will definitely make me stronger. As a runner who primarily runs outside, it’s hard to stay motivated when inside of a gym, but there was enough movement and challenge in the class to keep me focused. I will definitely be back!
Everything structured and purposeful. You know going in each workout you’re going to get something good out of it and you’re not just tossing kettlebells around. The instructors care that you are doing exercises right and they even become your friend. Love it here so much!

All the coaches have been great, super helpful and welcoming. Each class is challenging in a very engaging way. I’ve built more strength over the last 6 months and have noticed a huge improvement in functional day to day movements. The facility is also very clean and there are always fun community activities going on.
