Best Strength Training Program in Southlake. Works all body parts and challenges each person. The Trainers provide great help on form and motivation to ensure each person does the exercises correctly so as to reduce injury.
No crazy over the head barbell moves that injure so many people at other places. Wonder why there is always a Chiropractic business right next to a Cross Fit location.
Part of the program is to challenge each person in both strength and cardio. Provides an overall body workout. You can tone or grow muscle, depending on how heavy you want to lift during each exercise. Madabolic is perfect for those that want to improve in their overall health and strength.

The coaches and uplifting environment
As a health and fitness professional--I love the coaching and program design. I am a science nerd and understanding the how and the why is key for me to put the pieces together. I love the simplicity of the workout plan and the focus on the basics of technique and execution. :)

The workouts are fast paced so it's over before you know it. I hate cardio and it's mostly weight based, but there is enough cardio to feel good about it. Different exercises every class keeps thing interesting.

From the first class I knew MADabolic was what I was looking for to compliment my running and build strength. A fun environment, challenging exercises that are scalable for not so strong people like me, and friendly attentive coaches made it so I signed up for a year commitment after my first class.
Great workout and great people
Each class is such a vibe. The coaches are awesome and correct you when needed. All the workouts are challenging and I always finish there super exhausted but knowing I got a great workout in.
The programing at MAD is far above the competition! The OG trainers are amazing.
Newer trainers tend to lack some of the weightlifting coaching skills needed for some of the more technical movements. Also coaches should remember that when they move members (especially newer ones) to another color group due to capacity they need to make sure that additional weights get set out, I have seen a lot of people struggle with the weights because they don't know they should or they don't have the confidence to grab them on their own.
Awesome workout environment! Trainers meet you with where your at and provide feedback that will continue to challenge yet support you. I have been going to MAD for 2 years now and recommend it to everyone.
Absolutely everything. Ilse and Mel are absolutely wonderful. They are always looking out for our safety in performing movements and maximizing what we get through each class. I used to hate exercising, but y’all make it fun and something to look forward to!
Jojo’s class was excellent! He did a great job giving me the quick run down, monitoring / making suggestions during the class, and then checking in at the end. As a first timer, I appreciated the attentiveness. His coaching style for the regulars seemed equally as amazing. Lots of encouragement, good banter, pushing people - exactly what you’d want from a coach / trainer.

MAD has become my happy place away from home. It’s great seeing familiar faces everyday that bring positive energy and brighten your day. I have to say though, the coaches, keep me looking forward to every workout. They really are amazing people who ,for me, make me feel like I can do anything. I will continue to be grateful for all of them and the experience that is, MADabolic.
Real personalized coaching
First time I am experiencing MADabolic. Such a welcome and supportive group. A gf has been doing for a number of years and invited me to a teacher event. I was nervous, a little out of my comfort zone. Definitely coming back to do more classes. Love the variety of exercises and trainers are very encouraging… they push you, but in a good way.
Best gym ever!
I love the challenge from coaches of lifting heavy, but maintaining good form. MAD is an encouraging environment that helps me push myself. The boxing is my favorite! It’s a well planned workout that has thought behind it for better success, not just random exercises all the time. MAD supports consistency, but reminds you of the necessity of rest days. And on top of the physical part, they educate about eating enough, balancing macros, and finding balance to support a truly healthy lifestyle that supports being strong and athletic. It’s been a staple for me for a few years now!
