Reene was very friendly! She sincerely paying attention to trainees and make sure that you are in a good position all the time. She is very dedicated and passionate about what she is doing. In my opinion it’s very important in social setup-base sport activities to make people feel not alien.

The trainers, the atmosphere, the weighted movements.
The instructors I’ve experienced are amazing. The workout is interesting and challenging but still attainable. I rarely feel like I absolutely can’t do a move, and if that’s the case they are so quick to help with modifications and advice. It’s a place I can do my best while also being encouraged to push even harder, but I never feel judged.
