Amazing trainers, great concept, you can see your progress, and the environment is so fun! Plus the boxing is the best!
The trainers, the class structure and length, the attention to detail and thought put into the programming.
Absolutely love taking classes at MAD. I haven't ever repeated the same workout so it never gets boring. I would definitely get to more classes if the studio was closer to home for me. My only complaint is that there are not more studios in other neighborhoods.
The instructors are all so so wonderful. The boxing class was awesome! I mentioned this to Alan, but I would love a workshop on proper form for some of the more frequent exercises we do.
I realize that the instructors walk around and help out when needed which I totally appreciate. But it could be a bit overwhelming for folks who are new to your workout program. Perhaps offering a once a month 30 min “intro” class to show the proper way to do the basic moves would help newcomers feel more confident in perusing a membership.
Totally just a suggestion! Overall 5 star rating for y’all! Love the classes.
Everything! I love the workouts, the coaches, the time frame, the location (North)... everything!
It was a fun workout that was intense and it had some new exercises that I hadn’t tried before. I liked how Renee explained the exercises and how she really checked everyone’s form to make sure we were getting the most out of the workout.
All in all, loved my time at Madabolic and plan to sign up whenever I am back in DC again. I think the price point might be a tad high for some folks, but if you go 4x a week, I think it is well worth the price point in general. I liked learning better form and I managed some muscle growth. I would've loved the opportunity to schedule 1:1 sessions with the coaches for specific coaching and guidance at a reasonable price point.
Sebastian began the workout with a dynamic warm-up, a thorough demonstration of body mechanics and step-by-step intervals prior to beginning the class. I received one on one corrections to my form throughout the class and actually felt muscle fatigue the next day. We were challenged on an individualized level and each station held something different and fun.

Focus on form and strength. Would like to see more focus on lower body specifically glutes and hamstrings but looking forward to taking more classes!
The trainers! The experience! I think it should be 2. Trainers per class to help with form.
I really appreciate that the trainers are continually walking around and giving guidance and encouragement. Because the workout has already been set at the beginning, they have quality time to roam around and spend with each individual.

Forty minutes of the best, short and sweet, feel great, fellow MADders who have become friends punching bags and slamming medicine balls at 5:45 in the morning, coaches who help where they are needed and all the perks!
Everything is ready to go. Show up and put the effort in and you are done. The pace is set for you. Nothing to figure out.
Good motivation and more well rounded class than any other class based fitness.
Always great vibes and lots of energy! Encouraging and engaging with everyone which can be hard with larger groups. I have an injury but they always make sure to reach out for any movement changes.

Great workout
Ability to come early and begin stretching as well as post-workout. Plenty of space to do so. Instructors are patient and helpful.
Love the workout variability as well as the coaches. They focus on form to avoid injury and improve strength. Its challenging yet rewarding. I'm not an athlete by any stretch, but feel more athletic after 6 workouts.
Best coaching, best playlists and always pushing me to keep getting stronger.
I love the classes and how much progress I have seen! I do NOT like the music that gets played sometimes. It can have lyrics that are degrading to women and the queer community. It is distracting when the music is bad and offensive. Some coaches are better about this than others. It seems particularly bad with hiphop/rap. I really hope the music gets better and that there is more of a variety played, it could even be fun to have a playlist of suggested songs from members!
I really like the variety in the workouts. I don’t feel like I will get bored. Looking forward to seeing the results!
Everyone was so friendly and supportive! It was my first class and Kevin was very patient, showing me the exercises. LP was participating in the class and still came over to help me when I was lost. Felt great - until the next day when I couldn't walk up and down stairs :P
