I love the hard core approach to training. Yes, the moves and weights are challenging, but also the instructors remind you not to dilly dally and slack off, to make every move as effective as possible, and are there constantly observing and siding with proper form for both safety and effectiveness. Also, they all look like they practice what they preach. Everyone is super toned, strong and inspiring.
Dakota did an awesome job! Gave me really good coaching cues on the rack step downs. Music was on point! Good vibes all around.

Loved my experience in Jane's class! I am sore today and it hurts so good! HIIT is one of my favorite ways to workout and makes the time go by super fast. I would say, I would love more of a cool down/stretch after the class but I can also do that one my own time too. :) I will be back!

This was one of the most challenging, but best, workout classes I’ve ever taken! The setup was great, the instructor was really motivational, and the class flew by. I usually work out on my own, but I’ve never been able to really feel accomplished after my workout. I felt really accomplished after I took this class. Thanks, y’all! I’ll be coming to more classes!

The programming of the class workouts. The coaches are very knowledgeable on how to modify and adjust exercise to accommodate injuries, ailments, etc. Great community and motivating to come back to build strength, correct form, and overall performance. Thank you.
