Staff is welcoming and helpful upon entry. The coaches are continuously observing clients and providing feedback to ensure correct form and to prevent injury. Coaches check in and attend to clients needs promptly (ex: needing support with form in boxing).
Love the trainers and the way they correct your form to help you properly do the workout. A great spot !

I love that it's a bit of everything. I constantly feel like I'm getting a great work out but I'm never bored or exhausted beyond belief. It's the perfect mix of everything. Plus the owners and vibe is super welcoming and friendly.

The Cycle is great as it helps all parts of your body and I like how you can start with a low weight & work your way up.

The owners and all the trainers are great! They make it a point to remember your name and make you feel welcome and supported, yet they push you out of your comfort zone and challenge you appropriately. They also practice what they preach — they are out there doing these workouts with you and emphasize the importance of rest and nutrition. Happy to have found such a great gym here in Nashville!

The coaches are amazing! The attention to detail and making sure each person is doing the movements right is outstanding. The classes are just the right size and the movements are safe and effective.
The focus on form by the trainers and the challenge of every workout is a little different.
It’s different from any workout I’ve done before. It’s challenging but you are able to complete each workout from start to finish. The movements really reflect every day life movements helping me feel stronger in my day to day life

The community
The trainers actually train you. I leave every class feeling like I have gained knowledge that will improve my form and performance. Equally as important, the gym culture has taught me to think beyond how much or hard I move, but also about what I am putting in my body, how much I sleep, recover etc. Hands down the best gym in Charlotte.
Instructor class leadership is extremely thorough & knowledgeable. Workouts are calculated and purposeful.
Program design, trainers, sense of community
The positive and supportive environment. Especially for someone who isn't in the best shape and just starting there fitness journey.
It's challenging but doable! The instructors make sure you are doing the exercises safely, and the workout goes by so fast!

It's the only gym that has ever worked for me. The work out self-adjusts to your fitness level. It's instructor-led so they keep an eye on your technique and form so you're doing it right and not getting hurt, but they don't overdo the "push it, one more" stuff. The workout changes every time so it is always fresh, and it is programmed to provide a mix of strength, cardio, flexibility, etc. It's worth every penny.
