I would only use ServiceMaster in the future!!! The gentlemen who cleaned my carpets, upholstry and renewed my hard flooring were more than professional, moved EVERYTHING AND cleaned areas I didn't even consider they might clean! The work was amazing and they were able to get out pet stains/smells. I knew ServiceMaster would be good, but I had no idea how good they would be - so worth the cost!!!

done professionally and felt confident the results would be as described. Only one
complaint and that was the initial communication to set up date and time and confir-
mation of same by the dispatcher fell through the cracks. Otherwise the service
was excellent.
My vinyl tile floor was damaged in the basement. Service Master's team worked 8 hours on it stripping it and putting a shiny finish on it. They moved all the furniture and even the appliances. It looks beautiful again!! It was very expensive but they did a super job. I discovered a few small problem areas but SM came right out and repaired them. Olga called and made sure I was pleased.
