I believe the equipment is superior as my carpets are semi dry within 12 hrs unlike other companies that I have used and not been happy with and it takes close to 48 hrs to feel dry. My carpets look extremely clean - all stains out where as other companies are not able to get them out the way ServiceMaster does.
