We purchased a home from a smoker, and the tech was even nice enough to give us some other very helpful tips to get rid of the smell beyond carpet care. The serviceman, Juan Garcia, is the reason I continue to use ServiceMaster. I hope Servicemaster understands how important for customers to trust the technician that is going to work inside their homes. Juan has been to my home in the past and I will always request him or I will go somewhere else for service. He is clean, neat, organized and knows what he is doing. He treats my home as if it were his own, and does not bang into walls or furniture and does not leave a wet mess on my floors. The carpet cleaning is well done and almost dry when he leaves my home. NOT the case with other service people or companies.
The young man who cleaned our house was also the same person who did the sanctuary at our church (after the fire last July) - (First Church of God, Springfield, IL) i was more than happy that he was the person to do our house.
