I like being able to get in and get my workout done. The coaches at the Princeton OT are great! They are helpful when I have either physical issues and need modifications, or if I have an issue with a piece of equipment. The classes are fun and help me make a little progress every time I come.
The Lift classes! I love the lift classes. The overall workouts are really good, never boring, and as hard as you want to make them. And it’s so quick and efficient. It’s over before you know it, so there’s very little excuse to not keep showing up. Love all of the coaches at the Princeton location, too!
I love OTF workouts because they are always different, fun, and a combination of strength and cardio. I love sprinting during the all outs. I love working specific muscle groups on the floor. Rowing is also always fun and challenging. The coaches are positive and knowledgable.
I love OT workouts because I get to power walk/run, row, and work on strength training in every regular class and can also just focus on strength training with the Lift classes. I also love that all of the coaches are positive and helpful so I can take a class with any coach that fits my work/life schedule. My friends and I also really enjoy the speciality classes and 90-minute classes.
