After the deep cleaning of our carpet, lines of carpet threads along a straight line, not along the grain, and not on a seam, appeared. Follow up service could not determine why it happened, but the threads were carefully clipped, and it looks great.

I know this may sound ridiculous...but the cleaners that came to my house are DEDICATED and knowledgable (sp?) about what they do. I have been VERY happy with the outcome of their work. I had given serious thought to totally replacing my ivory carpet. Now, that isn't necessary at all. It is amazing how great the results are!!! Brandon has been here three times now, as I am doing my house in sections as I work/paint on it. I am very confident that my future appointments with them and your company will be just wonderful. I am actually surprised how pleasant and reasonable the whole experience has been dealing with a 'professional' company rather than renting a machine and doing it myself.
I am a single 60 yr old lady, who unfortunately too many times in the past, has been taken advantage of. That thought crosses every woman's mind when they hire a contractor of any sort. I cannot tell you what a relief it has been doing business with you. Thanks so much.

One more thing: One friend of mine said the company that she had used left dirty carpet around all of the edges of her room!! She was not happy at all. I told her that MY company---ServiceMaster by the Border in Adrian---knew just what to do to get ALL of that! I told her..."I would know!...I have ivory carpet. If they miss something you can see it right away."
