The carpet was cleaned well (pet odor is gone) and the techs were quick, helpful, and professional.
We had black paint on the carpet in the bedroom, he worked very hard to get the stain out.. it is still there but it isn't noticeable as it was for we all know black paint is impossible to get out!

Your technician, Scott, did an excellent job. Our carpets were very dirty. This is a rental house and our tenants tend to leave it in bad shape. Spots of every kind. The carpet looks the best it has looked since it was new. I thought the rates were a little high but after the cleaning was done, it was worth the money.
