As you know, I responded to your request after our cleaning service a few weeks ago. We were dissatisfied with some aspects of the delivery of services. You not only responded in a timely manner, but you were genuinely concerned about the reasons for our dissatisfaction. I don't often complain, but was encouraged by others to do so. It was important to us because we have had your services often and had never encountered such lack of care. We didn't want that to continue with other customers. With that goal in mind, I decided to respond to your request honestly. I expected a return message with something to the affect that you appreciated the feedback, were sorry for the lack of service, and would take steps to ensure it would not happen in the future. However, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a personal phone call of apology along with the very nice gesture of informing me that we would not becharged for the service. This was both unexpected and appreciated. Sometimes, for whatever reason, things don't go as planned for all of us. It is encouraging to know that your bottom line is customer satisfaction and not just completing a job for monetary purposes alone. There is no doubt you care about your customers and the quality of services you provide. I tell everyone that I can personally attest to the fact that you really do care. Thank you!

From beginning to end, our experience with ServiceMaster was absolutely wonderful. Planning and scheduling the visit was much eadier than expected; the cleaners were friendly, helpful, thorough, went above and beyond and were much faster than we expected; and the cost was extremely staisfactory. We are deeply happy with this, will definitely recommend ServiceMaster, and will definitely contact ServiceMaster next time we need anything!
