Once again, Charlie Miller did an excellent job of overseeing this transaction, in which CT represented both sides of the transaction as it was a cash deal. Charlie was always available, quick to answer questions, and very professional.
I’ve had 2 closings with Capital Title and both went very quick and smoothly. The first closing I had started with a different title company and after a few issues, the deal almost fell apart. Capital Title was able to get the deal closed quickly and help keep my clients happy.
