The application process was much as predicted. Requests for background information were reasonable for the most part; somewhat less draconian than in past experience.
Lynne was great! She always responded to phone calls/texts quickly and answered every single question/concern I had about getting the mortgage loan. She kept me up to date on the current status of my loan and was just easy to talk to. Laura was also great, responding to emails promptly and updating me on any documents I needed to send in. My real estate agent was even surprised with how fast they were able to get every aspect of the loan completed. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a mortgage loan. They were even referred to me by someone who felt the same.
