I really enjoyed the service Mary gave us. We were able to call and email at all times and she was very prompt and gave good answers to our questions. She went out of her way to help us understand the mortgage process. I used the mortgage website to upload all needed documents. As a web developer myself, I can say it was a very intuitive and well done site. The only thing I would say needs a little work in the automated access to the bank account process. that was a little buggy and kept wanting me to approve access. With all that said we give Mary a 10 out of 10 rating and will pass her name to others in need of a lender.
