Amanda was very thorough in collecting all of the data that she needed from us. She was very efficient.
We would have preferred to have more one on one phone conversations with her, over the phone.
As a woman, I did not like Amanda responding to Jim only. We would send an email from both of us, and she would respond to Jim. Sometimes I would send an email with my name only, and she would respond back to Jim. It made me feel like a second class citizen. I believe that another woman should not treat another woman like that.

Mark really went above and beyond in obtaining our preapproval, and was able to get a letter out the door in less than 24 hours - on a holiday weekend nontheless. I ultimately decided to go with John Adams because of Mark's exceptional customer service even though the financial terms were slightly less favorable then the other lender I was considering.
